A Tribute to a Footballing Genius

Every now and again a special player comes along who has special skill and imagination to single-handedly change a game, make the spectators gasp and set pulses racing. Liam Brady was such a player.

At Arsenal, "Chippy" will forever be a true Highbury legend who deservedly is always one of the first names onto an 'all time greatest' Arsenal teamsheet. He will always be remembered for scoring some truly amazing goals, as well as guiding Arsenal to 3 successive FA Cup Finals and playing a huge part in the 1979 triumph over Manchester United, arguably the most exciting Cup Final ever played.

He graced Italys Serie A with Juventus (winning 2 championships), Sampadoria and finally a stint at  the San Siro with Inter Milan. He then returned to West Ham. An at international level he won 72 caps for Ireland.

But it is his genius and skill that will always be Brady's legacy.
