Football - 1983 All Ireland Final Dublin v Galway

Dublin 1-10 : Galway 1-08
This DVD has the full match as originally broadcast on TV
It’s the second year running that an All-Ireland final will go down in history, this time for controversial reasons. By the time busy referee John Gough whistles the end to this final, he’ll have ordered off four players. Dublin are in a first final for four years after a celebrated semi-final replay down in Cork, against the home county – surprise conquerors of Kerry in the last minute of the Munster final. Galway have to go back over 40 years for a last championship win over Dublin but are confident going into this. Calm before the storm.
This match is also now available on CD - the original and full RTE Radio broadcast.
